TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

dandolopartners is seeking a Team Administrator to join our growing team.
What the role involves
Executive Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the two Directors, including:
diary management
inbox management
drafting and formatting communications
travel coordination
handling urgent administrative tasks as needed.
Team Administrative Support
Offer timely and proactive administrative support to our consulting team, including:
assisting with the onboarding of new team members
scheduling interviews, focus groups and other fieldwork events
engaging with clients via phone and email on behalf of team
formatting and proofreading documents
supporting proposal development
other team-related tasks as required.
Office Management Assistance
Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation and culture of the office, including:
welcoming guests and managing the reception area
preparing meeting rooms
maintaining clean and organised communal spaces
organising events
contributing to routine business processes
managing the CRM database
maintaining the website
managing petty cash.
About you:
You are a recent graduate with some prior professional or work experience, or an early career administrator that:
shares our passion for community-oriented work
is highly organised, thorough and conscientious
has proficiency in Office365
thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions
works well independently, takes ownership of tasks and drives their own agenda
has experience in a professional office environment
can anticipate team needs and proactively takes initiatives to enhance workflow.
