Sam joins dandolo as a recent graduate, with a background in engineering and philosophy. He enjoys developing structured conceptual frameworks for problem solving and using analytical tools to drive solutions.

Prior to dandolo, Sam worked as an analyst at a medical devices company, with roles spanning design, market research, and operations. His experience as a volunteer for Engineers without Borders sparked a deep interest in educational equity and leveraging technology to create social value.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from the University of Sydney. His thesis proposed a promising, novel approach for the reconstruction of bone defects using minimally invasive surgical technique. Through his work at dandolo, Sam hopes to inform impactful policy decisions, and a bring a lens of creativity to strategic problem solving.
