dandolopartners is seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to support one of Australia’s leading public policy and strategy consultancies.

Based in Melbourne, the Office Manager will:

  • provide support for project proposal production

  • perform first level assessment of tender opportunities and summaries for management decisions on proposal opportunities

  • oversee monthly invoicing

  • oversee an administrative assistant

  • coach and provide guidance to our administration team

  • develop and update internal operational policies

  • manage our IT provider relationships and be the conduit for team members, ideally triaging and providing assistance with some queries

  • seek opportunities to improve business processes; develop, streamline and manage business processes and systems that support the culture and efficient operations of our firm

  • undertake business intelligence analysis and presentation to inform and support our management team

  • maintain up-to-date, professional website and social media presences, taking initiative to update where required

  • undertake other problem solving and operational duties as required from time to time. These may vary from relatively quick and easy on-the-spot resolutions to more significant projects over extended periods of time.

Please note - we are open to a range of entry points to this position, reflected in the salary range ($80K-$120K including super and commensurate with experience).
