MICHAELLA RICHARDS
PROJECT PARTNER
Michaella has more than 20 years’ experience working across government, industry, healthcare and research sectors. She has extensive experience leading complex strategy, strategic projects, strategic communications and managing risk, particularly within public policy settings. Michaella has led the State Government of Victoria’s innovation and health industries teams, overseeing delivery of more than $200 million in public policy initiatives. She now works across public, private and NFP sectors with a range of clients.
Projects led by Michaella include several across the innovation, healthcare and educations sectors:
Providing strategic advice on critical industry partnerships for leading universities across NSW and Victoria
Formulating a youth mental wellbeing strategy in the context of the future of work for a leading government agency
Developing major policy on the internationalisation of healthcare for the Australian Government
Recently, Michaella has been dandolo’s project manager and lead author for an Evaluation of the Positive Partnerships program Phase 3 for the Australian Government
Michaella holds a PhD (Neuroscience) from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Biotechnology with Honours from Flinders University.
