LC graduated from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom with first class honours for her Bachelor of Science (Economics). Following this, LC received a grant from the National Institute of Health and Care Research to study her Master of Science in Health Economics at the University of York (UK). For two years she worked as a Health Economic Consultant in the field of public health and digital health technologies. This included developing a range of economic models across mental health, covid and influenza vaccinations, and medical devices. LC has experience in consulting for both private and public companies with a focus on cost-effectiveness, budget impact and inequality analysis. 

LC also has a background in digital cinema sales, marketing, and events with a global technology firm.
