Lambrini manages evaluations, strategy development and reviews for government and not-for-profit organisations. Lambrini brings strategic thinking and strong communication skills to provide insights and advice to organisations across a range of sectors, including education, creative industries, health and industry.  

Examples of recent relevant projects Lambrini has been involved in include:  

  • Supporting the board of a not-for-profit organisation to develop its strategic plan 

  • Conducting a multi-year evaluation of a new cancer-focused medical research institute  

  • Evaluating professional learning programs for teachers and school leaders 

  • Assessing the ongoing sustainability of an online language learning platform for schools 

  • Conducting an organisational review of a registered training organisation (RTO) for a state department of education 

  • Assessed the value chain for medtech product development and manufacturing  

  • Developing a strategic plan to establish an institute to strengthen political leadership in Australia.   

Prior to joining dandolo, Lambrini worked as: 

  • An assistant manager in industry policy at the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science 

  • A senior policy adviser in an innovation and science policy taskforce  

  • A research officer in infection control and prevention at a major hospital.  

Lambrini has a Master of Business (Science and Technology Commercialisation) and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
