Indi joined dandolo as a recent graduate, with a background in politics and economics from the University of Melbourne.

Prior to joining dandolo, Indi worked in a not-for-profit funding youth lead development in the Asia Pacific region. She has been involved in many forward-facing decisions regarding the sustainability and efficiency of grant funded programs.

In a domestic setting, Indi is well versed in the challenges that disparage women and women of colour in labour markets as a result of her experience working at a relevant NFP. Due to this, she has been able to experience the power of community and localised efforts in driving social change and alleviating social impact.
