Gabriella joined dandolo with a background in education, arts, and community development. She has strong analytical skills and is motivated by thinking critically to create meaningful impact.

Prior to joining to dandolo Gabriella worked as an academic researcher for The University of Auckland where she made significant contributions to projects spanning structural inequity in education, women in leadership, critical thinking and cultural identity, and Māori student wellbeing and success. Gabriella enjoys working on projects and pieces that focus on increasing opportunity, access, and equity.

Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Master of Social and Community Leadership (First Class Honours) from The University of Auckland. Her master’s thesis drew on critical auto ethnography and feminist post-structuralism to interrogate the neoliberal university.
