ELLA KAMER

CONSULTANT

Ella brings a wealth of expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management to the dandolo team. Her career in social policy spans various sectors in the federal government, including the disability, First Nations and social security sectors.

Most recently, Ella worked on the national review of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. In this role, Ella coordinated the submissions analysis process, conducted strategic policy research, and adeptly managed sensitive stakeholder relationships. Most notably, Ella synthesised and organised submissions into an accessible format that helped contribute to evidence-based recommendations for the NDIS review.   

Prior to working at dandolo, Ella worked as: 

  • as an Adviser on the NDIS Review taskforce at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet 

  • as a Project Officer at the Department of Social Services 

  • as a Data Officer in the Longitudinal Study of Indigenous Children team at the Department of Social Services 

  • as a Project Researcher at a marketing and communications agency.

With a Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Ella integrates psychological theories into her practice, enhancing her understanding of the user experience and the consumer perspective. Her robust quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, coupled with extensive knowledge of the federal government, places her in good stead to drive impact-led projects for dandolo’s clients.
