Eleanor has a background in government strategy, not-for-profit governance and social research. She has expertise in qualitative analysis and ethnographic interviewing, bringing a sociocultural lens to each project she undertakes. Eleanor enjoys working alongside clients to deliver relevant and evidence-based frameworks tailored to their specific needs.
While at dandolo, Eleanor has partnered with government/not-for-profit clients on a range of projects including:
developing a framework for curriculum implementation in schools
reviewing opportunities for best practice education models in outdoor settings
conducting a review of opportunities to improve practicum experiences of ITE students
supporting a cross-sector working group to design and deliver digital skills training pathways
proposing a model to strengthen and diversify the pipeline of potential political candidates in Australia
Prior to working at dandolo, Eleanor worked as:
A management consultant at a leading global strategy firm, within their Public Sector Practice Area
An organisational development officer at a local ACT disability charity, developing their suite of policies
A researcher at the Department of Education and Training, focussing on school student wellbeing
A social researcher at an Australian research consulting firm, specialising in government
Eleanor graduated with First Class Honours in Sociology from the Australian National University, undertaking their Bachelor of Philosophy (Arts and Social Sciences) program and a Diploma of Languages. She has been embedded in education and inclusion efforts undertaken by various public and charitable organisations. Eleanor also brings skills in philanthropic advancement and editing.
