Delivering an impact assessment of a place-based initiative that supports education, health and development of children in disadvantaged communities.
What we offer and how we’ll support you
As a consulting analyst at dandolo, you’ll hit the ground running and be exposed to our projects, clients, and teams from your first day on the job, with support and scaffolding around you to set you up for success. In your first few weeks, you’ll complete an intensive induction and ‘consulting bootcamp’ training program, which will teach the key skills you’ll need to know on the job.
We care about your professional growth and development and will provide you with ongoing training and support throughout your time as a consulting analyst. This includes:
Being assigned a ‘coach’, who will have regular discussions with you about your learning and development needs and wellbeing.
Being assigned a ‘buddy’ at a similar level to you in the organisation to show you the ropes.
Participating in regular in-house training sessions attended by staff across the firm to support you to develop and build on the skills that you’re learning on the job.
Having regular performance development check ins to discuss your growth and professional development goals and receive regular feedback on how you are going at work.

What we’re looking for
We're looking for graduates, or consulting analysts, to join our Melbourne-based team in July 2025 or January 2026.
To be successful in the role, you will:
Be a strong, structured thinker, and a clear, compelling communicator.
Be comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Be intellectually curious, care about public policy problems and how to solve them.
A positive attitude, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Have a relevant academic qualification (to be completed by the time you would be commencing in the role).
Please note:
You don’t need to be an Australian resident at the time of making this application, but you must have full-time unrestricted working rights in Australia to apply for this role. We are not able to offer sponsorships for consultants at the graduate level. Our offices are based in Melbourne, and it is expected that all graduates will be Melbourne-based for the role.
Our consulting analyst roles are designed for early career professionals with up to two years’ professional experience. If you have more than two years’ experience, you may wish to note this in your application, and we will consider you for a consultant role.

Recruitment process
There are three stages to our recruitment process for graduates:
Written application – Submit a written application online through the link above by 11:59 pm on Sunday 23 March 2025.
Video interviews - If you are successful in making it to the next round of the recruitment process, we will let you know by 28 March 2025. The next stage of the process is to complete a video interview, which is designed to get to know you better and assess your conceptual and critical thinking skills.
Case study interviews – If you are successful in making it to the final stage of the recruitment process, we will let you know by 7 April 2025. The next stage of the recruitment process is to participate in two verbal case study interviews with dandolo staff, where we will ask you to respond to a scenario a client might bring to dandolo and outline how you would logically approach the problem and think through the scenario.
We will provide you with further information about each of the stages for our recruitment process and how to prepare should you successfully make it to the next stage. Offers for this round of graduate recruitment will be made by 12 May 2025 pending reference checks.
